This course covers the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, including children as victims in their own right and the statutory definition that applies from age sixteen; coercive control; recognising and responding to disclosure; safety planning; and the particular vigilance needed in children's homes, supported living and supported accommodation, where a young person's partner can be at the front door.
